I did NOT workout on Wednesday at all...I needed to give my body a rest from Tuesday's killer workouts.

Food-
Breakfast: OJ, coffee, oatmeal, banana
Lunch: Healthy Choice rotini & sauce
Snacks: honey wheat pretzel twists, pita chips, apple, chips + organic salsa, 2 mini dark chocolate bars!
Dinner: Turkey Tacos (see recipe)
