Breakfast - English Muffin, Fiber Bar, coffee
Lunch - left over whole wheat spaghetti
Dinner - Sushi (my favorite!!!)
Snacks - Chobani Yogurt (lots of protein)
Special K Protein Bar
Small bag of popcorn (single serving)
Workouts:
Bodypump - 55 mins
Zumba Toning - 30 mins
Zumba - 55 mins
Soooo exhausted on Tuesdays, but I feel soooo great on Wednesday :)
